Deck Cleaning
Our cleaning process is a dual-step process. First, we scrub the deck and the top of the railing with a deck-cleaning solution. After we finnish scrubbing the deck we use a pressure washer to clean it.
Deck Sanding
Sanding the deck is not required, However, I would recommend the sanding proccess especially on an older deck. Our sanding process consist of sanding all the walking surfaces and the top of the railing.
Deck Staining
Once the deck is dry we can stain the deck. We apply one coat on all vertical surfaces and 2 coats on the walking surfaces.
